WulffNet Terms of Delivery

The goods will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer in compliance with the code FCA Akaa FIN01, unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing. The Seller is responsible for the risks and costs of the delivery. The dispatching charge is fifteen (15) euros. In orders of under fifty (50) euros, we will also include an additional fee of ten (10) euros. The goods will be delivered in full packages. If the order differs from the packaging size, Wulff reserves the right to round up the amount ordered to the closest full package. The Seller retains title to the goods until they are fully paid. The indicative delivery time of the products is at most two (2) working days of receiving the order.

All products sold and marketed by Wulff Oy Ab have a manufacturer’s guarantee. The guarantee does not cover damages pertaining to normal, uniform wearing or incorrect use of the products. Wulff has the right to charge the customer for reasonable costs in cases of unnecessary returns.

All prices are reported in euros (€) without VAT. The latest effective VAT will be added to the prices together with a breakdown. Prices are valid indefinitely.

We transitioned from paper invoices to e-invoicing on July 1, 2018. E-invoicing is free and also saves time in processing invoices. The environmentally-friendly option is also a cost-effective one, and one that is valued and requested by our customers. Please send your e-invoicing details to our customer service asiakaspalvelu@wulff.fi. If you want to continue to receive traditional paper invoices in the future, we will charge a fee of 8,70 eur + VAT 24 % beginning on July 1, 2018.

The payment method is fourteen (14) day net from the date of the invoice. The penalty interest is determined by the Interest Act.

All notices concerning products and deliveries have to be made during eight (8) days of receiving the order. Notices concerning prices have to be made in ten (10) days of the date of the invoice. Regarding notices, please contact our customer service tel. +358 300 870 410 or asiakaspalvelu@wulff.fi. Please contact our customer service before returning products. Products should be in reusable condition and in their original packaging. Include a copy of the packing list and remember to mark the return number that you have been given by our customer service on the list. If the return is caused by the customer’s ordering error, Wulff will compensate 80 % of product’s value to the customer. Returns of special and customized orders, which have been delivered according to the customer’s order, are only accepted when the delivered product is defective.


Wulff is not responsible for the indirect losses or consequential damages to customers caused by the goods, their delivery or failure to deliver the goods.

Trading shall comply with the laws of Finland and with the current rules in force. Any disputes shall be settled in Vantaa District Court.
